I am a master's student in the MIRI (Masters in Innovation and Research in Informatics) program, specializing in Computer Networks and Distributed Systems. Currently, I'm part of the Nanoarchitecture group at N3CAT. ''Omnia mea mecum porto''—All that is mine, I carry with me—has always inspired me. It reminds me that the true wealth I possess is the knowledge, passion, and skills I carry within me, which guide and empower my work in research and beyond.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a
specialization in computer systems, from Middle East Technical University (METU) in
Ankara, Turkey, in 2024. I spent a semester at Paderborn University in Germany as
an exchange student in the Informatics department. During that time, I did one of my
internships in GetLab with Prof. Bärbel Mertsching, where I worked on projects on
robotics and control systems.
I worked with Prof. Aydın Alatan at METU on deep learning and computer vision with
a focus on depth cameras. In the same institution, under the guidance of Prof. Klaus
Werner Schmidt, I worked on a pedestrian intention prediction problem, where I
heavily used the Carla simulator for data generation.
In my final year, I joined Aselsan, Turkey's leading defense company, as a candidate
engineer, where I worked on inertial navigation systems. Throughout my various
internships, I've gained valuable experience in hardware development,
microcontrollers, and hardware description languages.
Outside of my academic and professional life, I have been passionate about
volunteering. I participated in an AIESEC project in Kazakhstan and was actively
involved with YGA and the İLKYAR Society in Turkey.
In my personal time, I enjoy staying active through sports like free diving, fitness,
yoga, and tennis.
